An exhibition that explores artists’ use of advertising media as sites for works of art as well as its subject. The exhibition will focus on works of art in and about advertising media from the 1960s to the present.

Fall Graduating BFA Show

An exhibition of work by students graduating in the fall semester from the Department of Art at YSU.

Student Art Association Fine Art & Craft Sale
December 6th and 7th, 2008
Saturday the 6th from 10-5
Sunday the 7th from 12-5
Vendors at this sale include students, staff, and alumni from the Department of Art at Youngstown State University. The Student Art Association will also host a Chinese Auction. Admission is free.

Annual Scholastic Art Awards
January 17 – February 6, 2009
An exhibition of artwork by students, grades 7-12 from Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, and Ashtabula counties.
