71ST Annual Student Juried Exhibition
April 6 - April 20, 2007


The Student Art Association, the Department of Art and the McDonough Museum sponsor the exhibition. The annual exhibition draws participation from over a hundred students who are enrolled in art classes during the academic year. More than 170 pieces were entered and over 60 were chosen for the exhibition. A major goal of this program is to provide students with experience in preparing and presenting their work for a professionally juried show.

This year we are proud to have Vicky Clark as the juror. Clark is a writer, professor, and independent curator living in Pittsburgh. Clark was also co-curator for Figures of Thinking, a successful group exhibition of contemporary artists from around the world that was showcased at the McDonough Museum last Fall.
